CLC is proud to join Children’s Rights and other advocacy organizations on an amicus brief in Fulton v. City of Philadelphia.
The brief urges the US Supreme Court to uphold Philadelphia’s non-discrimination policy and prohibit government-contracted foster care agencies from discrimination against same-sex couples, people of minority faiths, unmarried couples, and LGBTQ+ and gender nonconforming children.
Children deserve loving families and the opportunity to grow up in safe, nurturing environments where they can thrive.
