In developing this plan, we dug deep – we spent the time to do the work, had the tough conversations, listened to our clients, and looked inward to reflect on our role within the child welfare system.
While we are proud of the advocacy our dedicated attorneys and staff provide on behalf of our young clients, we realize that our mission requires us to go farther. The goals we developed are ambitious and will no doubt present challenges along the way, but I am confident that the desired impact is within reach.
